Refund policy

All sales are final, except in the cases below.

We are a small catalogue and each object ships directly from its maker, so we are not able to accept returns for change of mind. Please check the measurements and materials on the product page before ordering - every one of them is published.

WHAT IS COVERED

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, we replace it or refund it in full, including shipping. Email avelumi@proton.me within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We cover the return entirely, or ask you to keep the item - whichever is simpler for you.

CANCELLATIONS

You can cancel for a full refund at any time before your order ships, no reason needed. Email avelumi@proton.me and we will confirm the same day.

ORDER NEVER ARRIVED

If tracking stops or your order has not arrived within the window published on the product page, email us. We replace or refund it.

REFUND TIMING

Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
